<p>This application provides a comprehensive set of tools for conducting the Marine Initial Strength Test (IST), Physical Readiness Test (PRT), Combat Fitness Test (CFT), and Body Composition analysis specifically tailored for Marines.</p>

<li>In complete accordance with Marine Corps Orders "6110.3A CH 1 AND ADMIN CH" and "6100.13A CH 2"</li>
<li>Comprehensive support offered for Initial Strength Test (Enlisted, non-combat MOS)</li>
<li>Comprehensive support provided for Physical Fitness Test, including running, rowing, crunches, planking, pull-ups, and push-ups, with the option to email results</li>
<li>Full-fledged support available for the Combat Fitness Test, with the option to email results</li>
<li>Altitude correction applied for both PRT and CFT aerobic tests</li>
<li>Determination of overall PRT and CFT classification</li>
<li>Support for full body composition analysis:</li>

<li>- Height/Weight Screening</li>
<li>- Body Fat Assessment through taping method</li>
</ul>
<li>Performance charts showcasing standard performance levels for each event, customized based on user input (gender, age, altitude)</li>
<li>All length measurements are inputted through intuitive inch and eighth-of-an-inch increments similar to using a tape measure</li>
<li>All measurements are correctly rounded as per instructions</li>
<li>Direct links to official Marine Corps instructions are included</li>
